You can expect side effects when drinking bulletproof coffee include headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, dizziness, racing heart, and nausea. These are usually associated with too much caffeine and are rare, so they are generally not a big deal.
There are titanium teas, but they are not as delicious as bulletproof coffee, so we’ll see which taste better.
Bulletproof vs Mate
I’ve tried Yerba Mate before, and I’m a big fan of it, but it’s not as good as the bulletproof coffee in this test.
Compared to bulletproof coffee and titanium tea, yerba mate is a healthier alternative and provides a gentler energy boost. I usually drink it when I’m more creative, but it might not be the perfect combination if you drink it in the morning.
